This is literally unbelievable! A house in Australia sold for $100,000 more because the sellers of the house agreed to leave their cat with the house. The buys had a 4 year old daughter who took a liking to the fine feline and so her parents decided they wanted to get the cat for her. And BAM! There was a clause added in the contract that the house came with the cat!
This just makes me question……what would a dog have been worth?
