It is no secret that this year America’s Got Talent has been full of surprises this season, but nothing will give you the feels like recent contestant Mandy Harvey. Harvey is a deaf 29-year old singer who lost her hearing at the age of 18 due to a rare connective tissue disorder. However Harvey proved that obstacle would not overcome her when she performed her own original song and earned the “Golden Buzzer” from Simon Cowell.
